This letter was sent to the London newspaper Al-Quds Al-Arabi on Hussein's 66th birthday. Here are two sites which have it translated into English:

Maybe it is just a syntax difference in the languages but he almost seems to be illiterate. :bluefish:

I think now Saddam Hussein will be more likely to use terrorism in his current state, than before when he was a leader of Iraq..
