I'm the type of guy who when I play a game, take a long time to figure out what move I want to make, and then I still end up losing. I find chess to be so difficult that it is not enjoyable. It's like doing math homework for fun. There must be some way to play in an online fashion, and even have it stored on a central server that you can log into and make your move. Do a search for some kind of php chess that doesn't require a database, which you can upload by way of ftp. They have it for chat, so they ought to have it for chess as well.

This shows up in a lot of searches. It requires a database though. Perhaps mek can set it up on the web hoster (http://ace-host.net/) for his forum (http://www.boomerangutan.org/forum/), which currently isn't working, if they allow him to have more than one database.
