I recall a thread at the retirement zone called "who's the best at closing threads here?". I forget the author, Cindy. Anyways I'm banned there last time I checked, so my understanding of the place will become stale as time goes on.

What disappoints me is how few have the heart for it, and I'm not just referring to the retirement zone.

As far as The Real Underground goes, it was being run by user Diego, but he shut it down about a month ago. I also was running it on this same domain too, from a database copy, until that failed in late April.

It's good to run a forum because I've found that others, who I had placed my hopes in, have failed in the task.

gazdet still has his forum, napsterites.net, but the forum is now running at a different address p2p-zone.com. The old address still works for gazdet's forum.

no, it's just that there are so many forums now and we are all so spread out, that it takes much time to keep up with all of them.
plus it's finally turned into summer and would rather be outside.
