Let me explain. This is the internet. It's optional. If someone doesn't like

what they see or hear here all they have to do is turn the power off to their

pc. It's as simple as that.

Why would someone who felt particuliar menanced by another person

continue to frequent that same site as the person they were menaced by?

Why would that person continually come back like a moth with wings

repeatedly synged to the same flame which continually burns them?

The answer: she isn't threatened by me.

If someone were to be menaced in some way. The first thing that person would do is to not go back to the very places they know that the person who is menacing them is aware of.

A person who was truly in fear of something like this would avoid all normal net behaviour such as continuing to post in the same places as her 'stalker'.

Ideally that person would find other places to post online using a totally unsimiliar nickname to one their menacer knew.

A person would not continue to post at the same site or sites even under a newly assumed identity because it just wouldn't be safe for him or her to do so.

The new identity could be found out.

If she were truly menaced she would not post here, there or anywhere...yet she continues to do so.

She is not menaced...just an attention seeking hoe.

An update.

I've been given back access to the site today. I had been ip blocked from accessing the site before when this thread was first posted. A lot of the really cool features of the board has been taken away from me...and probably for Good reason too.

An example. I cannot view images hosted on the site while not logged into the site. This was not an intentional thing...but a fuckup on the part of somebody there in charge of these things.

I'm being helpful now by pointing this out so please pay careful and close attention Walter.

When your board is viewed as a guest...smilies do not display...they are only displayed as the bbcode format similiar to this :smilie:

Also images hosted as uploads on your server show up as a red x. I at first thought this might have to do with folder view permissions not being 755...you may want to check this.

As a workaround before being banned I tried posting the image link to one of the smileys on your forum in its long form such as [.img.]http://www.iagd.biz/forum/images/smilies/smilie.gif[./img.] but when viewed as guest it only displayed the url without showing the image.

Why is this bad? Well for starters no one can register to your forum because in order to do so they need to be able to see images for the 'post bits' when not logged on that are generated dynamically by the server upon any new attempt at registration....you know the little 5 digit counter like 57989 that you need to verify to insure that an actual person is registering and not a bot doing it for them.

guess that's about all I have to say other than, I'm sorry and that I hope you will see fit to restore these things with full privileges as before.
