There is a setting in the vBulletin admin control panel where you can limit the total space all attachments take up on a forum. It is found in vBulletin Options-->Message Attachment Options-->Limit Space Taken Up By Attachments (Total). A couple of weeks ago I set the total to be 100,000,000 Bytes but the commas caused a problem that I was unaware of at first, because vBulletin doesn't recognize the commas the way we do. So for the last couple of weeks no one has been able to post attachments. An hour ago I fixed the problem by taking out the commas, so the limit is now listed as 100000000 Bytes, which is approximately 100 MB total that all attachments on the forum can take up.
