Thanks for sharing your music. I think that's great when musicians freely share their music and are appreciative of their fans who share their music. Beware of the poisonous seduction of commercialism, where you may be tempted to market your music as "content" and join the "music industry".

I noticed when you joined this forum that the referrer leading you to this site was the DiaRIAA p2p directory (http://www.diariaa.com/directory-p2p.htm). The links there are of reputable places. But I would like to provide you a note of caution in regards to the agenda of Marc Freedman, who runs the DiaRIAA site and promotes a bogus filesharing application known as TrustyFiles (http://www.3-3-3.org/forum/showthread.php?t=539), and is a DCIA (http://www.dcia.info/) member. While the DCIA has taken a stance opposed to the RIAA, it is not out for music freedom but has its own enslaving agenda. It would like to replace the RIAA and become the next "content industry". It promotes the usage of DRM and paid content, so supporting their ventures which continue to enslave the music, would simply be changing from one slave master to another.

I see that you are based in the New Orleans area. I wonder how the Katrina storm affected things there, and your music playing.

I downloaded the 72 MB file yesterday and have listened to the songs. I will have to listen to them a few times to give better comments. For starters I like the lyrics on the songs, and the music. It sounds like good music for partying or drinking to.

One suggestion I would like to make in regards to the naming of your songs within that zip file you have for download, is that the songs one through nine should have a zero at the beginning, or otherwise they may be played in the wrong order on an mp3 player. Not that the order necessarily matters, but on my computer the player played track 1, then 11 through 19, then track 2, then 20 through 25, and finally tracks 3 through 9. Also if you were to put the name of your band first in the file name that would be good, for people who have all their mp3s mixed together from several bands in the same folder. Otherwise the computer or player would list all of them based on the number they started with. For example, an ideal file naming pattern to follow for all your tracks would be:
Xmuzik - 01 - Death Spell Omega.mp3
Xmuzik - 02 - The Chocolate City Anthem.mp3
and so on. And finally I think the zip file should have a different name than what you have. The file you have is sotnwo.zip. I think that is short for Streets of the New World Order, yet the name of your album is The Streets of a New World Order, so the file name should instead be soanwo.zip, or The Streets Of A New World Order.zip, or xmuzik-tsoanwo.zip.
